Tuna Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 150g spaghetti (or pasta of choice)
  • 2tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 can of tuna, drained
  • 1tsp lemon juice
  • 1tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • parmesan to garnish (optional)

Directions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente (usually around 8-9 mins).
  2. Add the oil to a pan. Once hot, add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  3. Stir in the tuna, lemon juice, and parsley. Heat through.
  4. Add the cooked pasta and stir through. Add some pasta water to reach desired consistency, and season to taste
  5. Garnish with parmasen if desired.
