Ingredients
- 150g spaghetti (or pasta of choice)
- 2tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can of tuna, drained
- 1tsp lemon juice
- 1tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- parmesan to garnish (optional)
Directions
- Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente (usually around 8-9 mins).
- Add the oil to a pan. Once hot, add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Stir in the tuna, lemon juice, and parsley. Heat through.
- Add the cooked pasta and stir through. Add some pasta water to reach desired consistency, and season to taste
- Garnish with parmasen if desired.
